A transformative and intimate 90-day 1:1 program for sensitive, spiritual women who have sought peace....studying the concepts, trying the tools, doing the work...but still can't seem to truly access it.

Together we go to the root, shift how you relate to your inner world, and apply what actually works, so you can stop the endless seeking, surrender from the inner battle,  and experience genuine inner freedom.

 

What is Inner Freedom? 

Inner freedom isn't the absence of discomfort in our awareness, whether it be a feeling, a thought or sensation; It's the capacity to shift into presence, meet whatever arises in awareness…even what's uncomfortable…and still access a felt sense of stillness and calm.

  • Approximately 6 private 1:1 sessions of approximately 75 minutes each, held about every two weeks over approximately 90 days
  • Direct support via email & voice message throughout program duration between sessions

  • Downloadable reference guide and handouts to support your integration and make your shifts more sustainable

About Mariah​​

Mariah Michele Acree is a certified spiritual counselor (non-clinical). She brings to her work years of psychological exploration, decades of spiritual study and experience, intuition, and a heartfelt understanding rooted in her own struggle with inner conflict & overthinking. Her approach draws from each of these, as well as specific insights and methods she's identified along her journey, and universal wisdom based on the teachings of A Course in Miracles, Non-duality, and more.

Direct spiritual experiences, along with over ten years of offering one-to-one intuitive readings, have deepened her understanding of the suffering people carry and pointed her to the foundation of the work she now offers: the conscious recognition of one's deeper presence, accessed through honesty, awareness, inquiry, and forgiveness in its deepest sense.

Mariah continues to integrate this work in her own life, and with the clients she supports. The same spirit of expression that flows through her program offering extends into her additional creative endeavors, including writing, music, acting, and art.
